The digital transition is a central focus in Wallonia, and Gaming1 plays a key role in this transformation. Since 2010, we have invested heavily in information technology, making our Liège hub one of the leading digital skills centers in the region.

Our company has over 500 people in our Liège hub and almost 1,000 employees in Belgium. Developers, data scientists, cybersecurity and cloud specialists contribute every day to driving innovation in our constantly evolving sector. We invest in key areas such as artificial intelligence, data science and IT architecture to ensure an optimal user experience in a highly regulated environment.

These IT roles are not just technical; they play an essential role in the smooth running of Gaming1. By ensuring a smooth and secure gaming experience, they enable the company to operate simultaneously in six countries, while guaranteeing the compliance of our services.

For example, our Compliance department uses artificial intelligence to monitor and detect potentially problematic gambling behavior, creating a safe and responsible gaming environment.
