Gaming1 Day: In Pursuit of Next Level Entertainment

Looking back at our past, then inward at today’s successes, the Gaming1 group came together to remember its history and set a clear and audacious objective for the future.

On Friday, February 9, the members of the Gaming1 group came together for Gaming1 Day, which has grown into an annual tradition. As always, the event was a perfect opportunity to celebrate and share, but it was also an occasion for the group to look back at its past and highlight the essential lessons learned along the way as it prepares to successfully meet the new challenges that lie ahead.

Above all, Gaming1 Day 2024 was a voyage through our history, from the ups and downs of years past to those we face today. The goal was to capture the essence of what inspires us and kindles our passion every day, and to identify what constitutes our group’s DNA. Our ComEx’s presentation was the result of hard work and deep introspection about the “why” that drives our work at Gaming1.

Our objective is now clear: to achieve “Next Level Entertainment”. To find ways to build on all our successes thus far to take the next step and reach the next level. How? By offering our players an exceptional experience, with a superior-quality product and impeccable operational services, and by strengthening a corporate culture based on high performance. By infusing even our smallest actions with our passion for games and the desire to keep outdoing ourselves to reach the Next Level.

Sylvain Boniver, our COO, spoke of his unshakable confidence in all of the teams at Gaming1:

“Your energy and creativity are what define our DNA at Gaming1. We live for the game, for fun, for the ultimate experience – that’s our every day quest. We stay true to who we are: tenacious, dynamic, always ready to take on new challenges. Together, we’ll continue to innovate and to surprise our players by maintaining the passion for games that drives us. As a group, we have a truly unique energy, and it’s together as a group that we’ll continue to go above and beyond!”

Nicolas Léonard, our CSO, was equally enthusiastic and optimistic about the future:

“It’s true. That agility, and that willingness to embrace change with a positive, combative and resilient spirit, which are so characteristic of our culture at Gaming1, are also our most important assets for the future success of Gaming1. And we owe it all to you. Excellent work, everyone!”
