RAEC Mons and Circus are proud to announce their new partnership for the 2021-2022 season. Circus decided to become the D3 football club's shirt sponsor to support their relaunch project.
A subsidiary of the Belgian family group GAMING1 present in Belgium and internationally, Circus offers online and land-based casino games and sports betting. Supporting the rebirth of the Mons club was an obvious choice for Circus as their activities highlight Belgian sport.
RAEC Mons, who went bankrupt in February 2015, rose from the ashes in June 2020 to mark their return on the Belgian football scene. Circus had directly positioned itself as a potential sponsor for the club in order to help them rediscover their former glory. Although the Covid-19 pandemic prevented this project from starting in 2020, the partnership is finally sealed for the 2021-2022 season to the delight of both parties.

Supporting the rebirth of such a club, which is rich in history and values, seemed an obvious choice for Circus. On 23 June, an event will bring together the club's supporters to celebrate the first anniversary of the club's rebirth. The perfect occasion for Circus to make their first official appearance as a sponsor! The casino and sports betting brand's logo will appear during the whole season on the front of the official shirt.

After 5 years ofhibernation, the phoenix, or rather the dragon, is rising from the ashes. RAEC Mons is back and the enthusiasm is going to be even stronger! Supported by a committee of 12 people, the city de Mons, the province of Hainaut and the return of different clubsof Albert supporters, the club is offering a brand-new, ambitious, young, Mons-based project.
With its more than 500 season ticket holders during the last season, RAEC Mons is aiming to join the National 1 by 2025. They plan to do this using their Dragon's Academy, one of the major training programs in the region. Finally, from the 2021-2022 season, Albert will start to develop women's football as well with the new Ladies' Academy. As a first team, the Mons women's team will play in D1 and national D2.
