This role combines end-to-end process management in an international environment, financial control, project management (including IT tools), and people management (leading a team of two). Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
YOUR ROLE
- End-to-end Owner of the Revenue Sharing process. Revenue sharing is one of the core financial processes at G1, overseeing the redistribution of online revenue with external customers, external providers and internal G1 entities:
- Prepare and coordinate the timely release of the revenue sharing calculations, from the initial configuration in the Revenue Sharing tool until the release in the ERP (monthly closings);
- Perform adequate financial control on figures coming out of the revenue sharing activities, both at stand-alone level and at consolidated level;
- Maintain and improve IT tools related to the Revenue Sharing activity (e.g., roll-out of automated revenue sharing tools across all business lines);
- Liaise with internal business stakeholders, external providers, and international joint-ventures and partners to ensure up-to-date and aligned revenue recognition criteria;
- Monitor the adequate unwinding of revenue sharing transactions (actuals vs accruals, approvals, justifications, payments, etc.);
- Perform monthly reviews with senior management on both process performance and figures;
- Train and mentor local teams to ensure correct implementation of Group procedures.

- Employee benefits (IAS19)
- Activation of IT costs
- Cash collection
