As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Campaign QA Tester to join its Marketing team.

The Campaign QA (Quality Assurance) Tester will be responsible for testing campaigns to ensure they meet specified requirements and function as intended. You will play a crucial role in identifying bugs, usability issues, and performance problems, helping the organization deliver high-quality campaigns.

YOUR ROLE

  • Understanding Requirements: you will use a project management software to request and review the campaign requirements, specifications, written contents, and design assets to gain a clear understanding of the project.
  • Test Planning: you will develop a detailed test plan that outlines testing objectives, scope, strategy, and resources.
  • Executing Tests: you will perform various types of testing such as functional, integration, performance, and user experience. Test on different devices, platforms, and environments as necessary.
  • Identifying and Documenting Defects: identify bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues during testing. Work with CRM team to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Provide feedback and suggest improvements for user experience and functionality.
  • Quality Advocacy: advocate for best practices in quality assurance. Contribute to improving testing processes and standards within the organization.
  • Performance analysis: measure the performance of the campaign using existing reports.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Dutch is highly valued.
  • First experience in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and reporting findings.
  • Knowledge of the gambling industry (more as a user than as a professional) is highly appreciated.
