As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a BI Analyst to join its technology department.
The BI Analyst is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to create actionable insights and data products that drive business decisions. This role involves leveraging tools using PySpark to develop, clean, and process large datasets while also designing reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support strategic and operational objectives.
YOUR ROLE
- Support the Business:
- Provide comprehensive support for both existing reports and reporting tools.
- Assist business stakeholders in gaining meaningful insights from their data to drive decisions.
- KPI Alignment:
- Define and monitor KPIs that provide insights into customer behavior and drive improvements in customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to translate their ambitions and strategies into actionable KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and optimize key performance indicators to align with business goals.
- Data Expertise:
- Identify, gather, and curate relevant data from diverse sources.
- Implement advanced data transformations and rigorous quality checks to ensure data reliability and consistency.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient data pipelines for integration and analysis.
- Ensure Data Excellence:
- Uphold high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization.
- Analytics Development:
- Develop, maintain, and lead the creation of interactive dashboards and insightful reports using cutting-edge analytical tools like Power BI.
- Take ownership of Analytical tools, ensuring their state-of-the-art development, deployment, and maintenance.
- AI-Driven Insights:
- Leverage AI techniques and tools to enhance Business Intelligence (BI), driving innovative and forward-looking usage of data.
- Customer-Centric Analytics:
- Define and analyze KPIs to deeply understand customer behavior, uncover trends, and identify actionable opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Translate complex business requirements into precise technical solutions.
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts for data exports and products (PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, PySpark).
- Analyze business data sources, modeling and integrating them into robust analytical frameworks.
